10 things that everyone use to do…

Hello everyone,

I’ve done quite a few of these ’10 things’ post now (1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 ) and actually this is my 10th one! So if you like this style post be sure to click on each of the numbers to view another.

So i decided to do one on 10 things that everyone use to do when they were younger. Let me know in the comments what ones you did. Or any that i forgot.

  1. Drew the sun in the corner of your page.
  2. Tried to balance the light switch in the middle.
  3. Shut the fridge really slowly so you could see when the lights went out.
  4. Gave yourself a haircut. I know i did this once, under the table, at school.
  5. Made up weird tasting drinks. When you use to go to the machine to get a refill on coke, we all use to put into that cup all the fizzy drinks there were!
  6. Made ice cream soup. You know when you use to mix up your ice ream in a bowl with a spoon so it would go all watery.
  7. Tried not to step on the cracks in the pavement, if you did the master would come and get you.
  8. Used your hand as a note pad. To be honest I think we all still do…
  9. Used the left over cardboard roll or the loo roll as a sword.
  10. Built loads of dens with blankets chairs and cushions everywhere.

Whats my workout Routine?

Hello everyone,

Now i don’t think that I’ve ever done a workout routine on my blog before so this is my first one! Suddenly out of no where I’ve got really into health and fitness. Like i’ve got this app (my fitness pal) on my phone that tracks my calorie in count and excessive. I feel like because its the start of the new year its a perfect time to set your fitness goals. My’n are just to workout everyday of the week, whether its a full routine or a session of yoga. But i feel with online workout routines there based on the middle scale. By this i mean the intensity of the workout isn’t easy nor really hard. And i don’t know about you but sometimes i want a slightly easier routine and others i might want a challenging one (although i will admit that rarely happens)! I thought that i would include different options for my workout routine, easier ones, middle ish ones and harder ones. So i hope you all enjoy this post and don’t forget to check back for another. And if you just want the workout moves and the amount of times you need to do them i changed the text colour to blue just for if you don’t want to read the whole thing!

Okay so first up in my workout routine i like to do some squats. I do 100 squats stopping for 10 seconds after 10. I feel like squats are a great little warm up piece and really strengthen up your leg muscles. The good this about this routine is that if your looking for a slightly easier one, you can half the amount you do. So instead of 100 do 50. By doing 100 squats you will burn 43 calories. Personally squats are one of my favourite work out things. If you are looking for more of a intense workout, on every tenth squat you could hold it for 10 seconds. It all depends on how hard you want to work.

I then like to move on to sit ups. I feel like i have a love/hate relationship with sit ups. Sometimes i find them really fun and others i hate them. But anyway in my routine i do 50 sit ups. Again if you are looking for a slightly easier workout only do 25 sit ups, but if you want more of a intense workout do 75. Sit ups really work your middle abs and all around that area. If you want you could add a twist with each sit up to work your sides as well.

I feel like its important to stretch your neck before you get fully into your routine. You’ve already stretched your legs and abs so now its important to do the rest. If can’t be bothered to do my own warm up i usually google one, there are some really good ones out there. But sometimes i do like to do my own. And for my own i start by rolling my neck forward and backward and side to side. Its important you don’t take your head all the way round though because you could catch a nerve and that hurts a lot. Then i just simply roll my shoulders round and round changing the direction. Then just to give your feet and ankles a little warm up you can just make circle shapes (so rotate them) with them just to flex them. 

Now you can get right into your workout. I start by doing 10 mountain climbers. Once I’ve done 10, i have a 10 second rest. After you’ve done a exercise i feel like its really important to give your body a quick break just so it can catch up with you if that makes any sense. As you can probably tell I’m not a expert in anything to do with fitness i just go along with it. You need to repeat your 10 mountain climbers 5 times. So in the end you do 50 mountain climbers with a 50 second rest. Again if you want to make this more tense do 75 in total and rest after 20 mountain climbers. And if you want it to be a little easier, do 30 with a 10 second rest in between 10.

Another one of my favourite exercises are leg raisers. What you have to do is lay down on your back and rise your knees into a table top position. Then keeping one knee in that position, take the other and lift it up and down. Not using your hands of anything just the strength in your core and upper leg.  I like to do 20 on each leg, stopping for a 10 second rest after 10.  If you want to make this slightly harder do 20 on each leg, but don’t rest after 10, keep going until you’ve done 20. And if you want this exercise to be easier, do 20 on each leg still but rest after 5.  Like i said before, this is the great thing about home workouts you can adapt them to fit you. These target your lower abs, and if you stick with them you will defiantly see results.

Then i like to do some burppies. (I have no idea on how to spell that)! I do 5 at a time, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat that until you have done 2o burppies. If you want to make this exercise easier still do 5 at a time, then rest for 15 seconds then repeat this 2 more times. but if you want to make this more intense then do 10 at a time with a 10 second rest and do this 3 times. So you do a total of 30 rather than 20. 

Thats pretty much my whole routine, once i’ve finished i just roll my neck and stretch out my arms and legs just to relax a little.

Whats on my iPhone?

Whats on my iPhone?

hello everyone,

Today i decided to do one of those whats on my iPhone posts. So i hope you all enjoy…

So i have the iPhone 7, which i got for Christmas. I love it so much, its in rose gold.

My screen saver is just one of the pictures the iPhones come with because i couldn’t be bothered to change it. But my home screen is a picture of snowy mountains which i took out of a plane window. And that is one of my favourite pictures ever its so relaxing to look at.img_6875

On my little bit at the bottom i have the   email app, the  safari app  the  messages app and the phone app.img_6876

I am the set of person that likes to put their apps into folders, it just feels so much more organised. I also like to label my folders. Let me know if you are someone who has folders or if you are the sort of person that doesn’t. But yeah so all of my apps are in folders.

I dont really have many games on my phone, they take up a lot of storage space o i only have 3. But if I’m honest i don’t really play them

I like to keep all my social medias together. So i have my instagram,snapchat and Facebook. Don’t forget to follow our instagram milaloroffical_15.

And i really like photography at the minute so i have a folder on all my picture editing apps. I really like to use split pic to put more photos in one. Its really good for making collages and stuff like that.  I edited my screen saver on there.img_6877

My other apps are all online shopping things so not that interesting. One of them, called wish, is really good i order loads of things off there. Its really cheap as well so if anyone wants a good cheap online shopping app i would recommend wish. They sell literally everything.

I feel like this blog is a bit rushed but i have a better one comping out soon on what i got for christmas so keep checking back for that!

Hello everyone,

One thing about me is that I’m really bad at planning things. Which is why my blogs are always a jumble. Rarely do i ever put them up on time. Take this one for example it was meant to go up yesterday but its going up today. I feel like i would be better to sit down for like 1223474345 hours and just write all my blog posts for like 5 years. At least then it will always go up on time.

Anyway i was going to post a whats on my iPhone post but i forgot to attach pictures and actually to be honest forgot to finish it. But I’m going to finish that one tomorrow so then i can post it some time next week. Hopefully. So keep checking my blog for that!

What i actually wanted to tell you all about today is about my new favourite app. Im not sure if that made any sense but it did when i thought of it. This app is literally like my personal trainer. Basically it tracks your calories and exercise and weight lose/gain. Every time you eat something you scan the bar code then it tells you loads of information about that piece of food and all that type of stuff. It also tells you that if you stick to eating a certain amount of calories then this is how much weight you will lose by whatever time. So i would defiantly recommend that app for anyone trying to gain/lose/or maintain their weight

And i know that this blog is really short and rushed so I’m sorry! But sometimes i find it hard to fit blogging in when i have loads of other tings to do but i will try harder.

So a while back now i done a post on my top 29 life hacks. Now i figured that it was about time i updated that post. So here is my 10 top life hacks… Or something like that.

  1. Use paper clips to organise your cables.
  2. Put pancake mixture into a empty ketchup bottle for a no mess experiance!
  3. Use nail polish to identify different keys.
  4. The you remove the stem from a strawberry, use a straw!
  5. When someone brows something of you, take a picture of them holding it that way you can remind them to give it back.
  6. Use your hair straighteners as collar straighteners when needing a quick fix.
  7. Stack your clothes vertically to see them all.
  8. Use a crab clip to organise long wires.
  9. Use toothpaste to clear up hazy headlights on you car.
  10. Use bread clips to organised/;able cables and wires.
  11. When heating up left overs, make a circle in the middle so it heats up evenly.
  12. Use binder clips to fix broken keyboard feet.
  13. When you cut onions chew gum, apparently it stops you crying.
  14. When lighting a candle, burn a long stick of spaghetti so you won’t burn yourself.
  15. Take a big bottle and mark how much water you need to drink by a certain time.
  16. Use a muffin tray to serve sauces and dips at a party.
  17. Use a clothes peg to hold a nail while hammering it.
  18. When trying to microwave 2 things at a time, balance one on a mug.

1O thing that i love about winter.

1O thing that i love about winter.

Hi everyone,

So today i thought that i would write a post telling you all why i love winter. So don’t forget to tell me in the comments why you love or hate winter.

  1. I like the cold. So i know that sounds weird but i do. In the summer it gets so hot and uncomfortable. Especially at night where i won’t be able to sleep because its too hot. Whereas in the winter its cold, so you can snuggle up in a extra blanket.
  2. Hot chocolates. In winter time hot chocolates are the best thing ever. I literally live off them!
  3. Warm baths. When its cold outside a warm bath with a nice wintery bath bomb is the best. Especially when you wrap up in your hot towel after.
  4. Sweaters. Sweater style tops are my favourite thing to wear. Them with a pair of jeans, winter boots and a thick winter coat is just so cozy.
  5. Cozy socks. I love cozy socks, i own a ridiculous amount of them. I think one day I’m going to have to do a whole post dedicated to my collection of them!
  6. Fire places. Theres just something about fireplaces that make them so cozy. I love a real fireplace. At home we have a fake one but thats good enough still.
  7. Pyjamas. I love wearing pyjamas. As soon as i get home from a busy day i put on my cozy pjs. I own so many different pairs. I really like the fleece ones that you can get. And the linen ones in the summer.
  8. Christmas. I mean like you only get Christmas in the winter, not summer. Unless you are in the southern hemisphere that is. See that little geography fact right there.
  9. Pumpkin spice lattes. Enough said.
  10. Snow. Okay so in England we don’t get much of it, but when we do it makes everything look so pretty and festive. I love looking at pictures of snow flakes (the ones that are really close up so that you can see every little detail on them).

New years day

New years day

Guys its the first of January! How exciting is that!I cant believe its now 2017! Last year went so quick.

Let me know in the comments any new years resolutions you made. If your stuck and cant think of any click here to see my post on some good new year resolutions that you can make. Personally this year if i’m honest i’ve kind go given up on them. I never stick to them so i didn’t come up with any.

New years day for me is a bit of a nothing day. After last night everyone is always so tired and hungover (i don’t drink so obviously i’m not hungover) so nothing really ends up happening. I remember last year we had this massive party at our house and the last people left at 5 in the morning. So we didn’t get much sleep. But new years eve is always a fun night!

Like i’ve said we are skiing at the moment and the resort we are staying in had a gala night last night so that was fun. I wore a burnt orange coloured pinafore style dress with a white blouse underneath. And because it was cold, a jacket! I mean it was good but nothing spectacular. We stayed up quiet late, i think we got to bed at 4 o’clock. So i’m writing this part of the post like minuets before i’m meant to upload it so its a bit of a rush.

We were saying last night how we wonder what it’s like to have a birthday on new years day. Its must be pretty horrible considering that after last night everyone is going to be so tired and worn out. Your going to have to let me know in the comments if your birthday is on new years day.

Anyway i’m going to end this post here as i’m really tired and about to attempt to go out skiing, so that will be fun.
