Today i wanted to share with you some of my top tips for keeping healthy. Now in no way is this a blog about the best diet or ways to make you skinny because thats not what i want to spend my time writing about. This is just ways to be healthy, not loose weight. Eat breakfast. Like seriously this is the most important meal of the day. I know everyone says it but it really is. Even if you just eat a apple or something it doesn’t matter as long as you eat something when you get up. Breakfast is proven to be a way to keep your brain going. My favourite breakfast is a bowl of cereal, a piece of fruit and some water or a cuppa tea! Whats yours?
My next point is to eat your 5 a day. There are so many ways to get your 5 day so you won’t even realise you are doing it! Like if you make a fruit smoothie with 2 pieces of fruit and a banana then that is already 3 of your 5. It is so easy to fit your 5 a day into a routine! I did find a video suggesting ways to get your 5 a day. It may seem a bit babyish but it gives some great tips.
Regular exercise. The amount of exercise you personally need can depend upon many things. But no matter what there are still some simple ways to get regular exercise. If you have a pet take it out for a nice long walk, you will both benefit from it. Go on a bike ride. Walk somewhere you need to go. There are soooo many ways that you get fit exercise into your daily routine!
Now all of the above are more physical ways to make your life a little healthier but there is still a mental side to it. I know not many people like to mention this side as its not really spoke about a lot but there are a lot of mental things that can improve your life style. For instance not stressing/ worrying about something. I know that that is very hard to do but if you do feel stressed or worried you should talk to someone about it. It will make you feel a lot better!
